- Required inlet pressure, outlet pressure and pressure variation during operation
- Total flow demand, peak flow and number of users or zones
- Water temperature, quality and required wetted-material compatibility
- Available suction pressure and risk of cavitation
- Control strategy: direct operation, pressure switch, VFD or pressure vessel
- Seal, connection, motor voltage and installation-space requirements
How to narrow the specification
Start from the actual duty point, not the equipment name alone. Check the driven load, transmission losses, operating environment and installation constraints together. Keep the nameplate requirements, mounting dimensions and local electrical supply in the enquiry so the recommended configuration can be checked before order.
